Booking & Content Terms
This page summarises our standard booking, delivery, usage and content-partnership terms. Your quotation and signed contract confirm the terms that apply to your booking.
Optional content partnership
Reduced quotations may be available for selected collaborations.
Reduced quotations may be available to couples who agree, under a separate written permission, that selected photographs or film extracts from their event may be published by NMR Studios without facial blurring or identity masking.
Availability is limited and assessed individually for each booking. If relevant, ask about partnership availability during the enquiry and quotation stage.
Any reduced quotation must be agreed before the booking is confirmed and cannot be applied retrospectively. Participation is optional. Approved media categories, publication platforms and any restrictions will be recorded separately in writing.
Reduced quotations may be considered for photography, film and combined coverage.
The client approves the categories of content that may be used and the platforms on which that content may appear. NMR Studios may select suitable photographs or clips within the approved categories. Individual approval of every selected item is not required unless separately agreed in writing.

Permission is recorded by platform. Approval for one platform does not automatically approve every other use.

Guests and children
Close-up content identifying an adult guest will not normally be selected unless that individual has provided permission or the content has passed an appropriate privacy review.
Identifiable photographs and films of children are excluded from the content partnership offer.
Crowd and wider event photographs may be considered following a privacy and suitability review.
That review considers identifiable children, private or gender-segregated settings, sensitive religious moments, vulnerability or distress, existing privacy requests, names and tagging.
Withdrawal of publication permission
Publication permission may be withdrawn by emailing info@nmrstudios.co.uk.
- stop new and future publication
- cancel scheduled posts
- remove applicable content from websites and social accounts controlled by NMR Studios
- request removal from suppliers where NMR Studios originally supplied the content
- confirm the action taken to the requester
NMR Studios cannot guarantee deletion of independent copies, downloads or third-party reposts that are outside its control.
No financial charge applies to a permission-withdrawal request.
Publication permissions, restrictions and withdrawal actions are recorded separately from general enquiry consent.
Booking and rescheduling
Booking deposit
A £100 booking deposit is required to reserve the agreed date.
If the client cancels, the treatment of the deposit and any further payments will follow the cancellation terms in the signed contract, taking account of work completed, costs incurred and applicable consumer law.
If NMR Studios cancels and cannot provide an agreed replacement service, payments received will be refunded.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is permitted subject to availability.
A booking may be transferred once to a replacement date falling within 12 months of the original event date.
No administration fee applies to the date transfer. Any change in scope, location, travel requirement, team requirement or schedule will be reflected in a revised quotation.
If NMR Studios is unavailable for the requested replacement date, the cancellation terms in the signed contract will apply.
Payment terms
- The remaining balance is due on the date stated in the signed contract, normally 14 calendar days before the first covered event.
- Instalment plans are not ordinarily available unless specifically agreed in writing.
- Where payment remains outstanding after the contractual due date, NMR Studios may suspend editing, delivery or other uncompleted services until cleared payment is received.
- Delivery may be withheld until the booking has been paid in full.
Delivery and revisions
- Photography and film delivery is estimated within six months and may be completed sooner.
- Delivery periods are estimates and may vary according to the scale of the event, editing requirements, approved revisions and circumstances outside NMR Studios’ reasonable control.
- Any included revision request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of initial delivery.
- Requests submitted after this period or outside the agreed editing scope may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
- The available download period will be confirmed in the signed contract and delivery email, normally between six and twelve months.
- NMR Studios may retain delivered project files for up to twelve months after final delivery.
Copyright, licence and files
- NMR Studios retains copyright in the photographs and films it creates, except where a separate written agreement states otherwise.
- The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, store, view and share the delivered work for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Personal printing is not included unless separately licensed or ordered through NMR Studios.
- Commercial use, resale, licensing or promotional use by the client is not permitted without a separate written licence.
- RAW photographs and unedited video footage may be considered as quotation-only additions, subject to approval and separate written terms.
- Use by venues, suppliers or other businesses requires separate publication permission.
